Every check that is printed is a custom project and once the proof is approved, the buyer can not return the item unless the product arrives in a way that does not represent the proof that was approved. If we provide a check or other product that does not match what is approved in the proof, then we will replace your check free of charge. If shipping does not provide your check on the date you needed it by, then UPS or Fedex would be responsible for reimbursing the seller. The seller (Blue Wave Printing and Display) would reimburse the buyer for shipping on a product that did not arrive in time.
