Burns’ Family Supermarkets to Present $10,000 Check to American Red Cross
Donations Collected During 7th Annual Red Cross Month Fundraiser
Nine local Fresh Grocer and ShopRite supermarkets, owned and operated by the Burns family, raised $10,000 for the American Red Cross during their seventh annual fundraiser held in March in honor of National Red Cross Month. The month-long fundraiser was supported by both corporate and customer donations. All proceeds will help the Red Cross deliver on its mission of preventing and alleviating human suffering in the face of emergencies.
