Once your order is submitted our design staff will set up your check and send you a proof (usually within 2 hours during our hours of operation).  Once you make any changes and give your final approval we will print your check.  Orders that have final approval by 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day.

•   All shipping options are based on your actual zipcode and the size/weight of your item(s), to see the rates add your item(s) to the cart and use the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" area.

We ship via UPS Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

    Shipping days are counted by weekdays (no weekends or holidays) and the day count starts on the day following the ship day.    So if you need a check by Monday and you order on Friday, you will need to choose "Overnight" delivery.   We can assist you on choosing what shipping option would be right for you to make it to meet your deadline.   Use the chat on the left hand side of the page to ask us for advice.

   Ground shipping is the most basic shipping that you can choose and the cheapest option for these oversized boxes.  I would recommend that if you want to get a check, order well in advance to save yourself money in shipping charges.  That way you can pay for ground shipping and get your check the cheapest way possible.

    If you live in CT, RI, MA, NJ, NH, VT, and parts of ME, NY, PA, DE, and MD then you get ground shipping in 1 day. Check out our map to see how long it will take to get to you. CA is 5 or 6 days ground depending on where you are located.

All customers will receive a tracking number via email, once their check has shipped.  Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

   Once your check is shipped you will be able to follow your big check at ups.com with the tracking number provided in an e-mail. If you have not received a tracking number confirmation by 5:00pm on the day you expect to ship, then please contact us at info@bigcheckstore.com.

We offer a variety of designs to have as the background of your check. You can select which background you like best on the product page when you're filling out your check information. 

Other Designs:  Our Design Online Option has many more backgrounds to choose from.  We can also screen your logo in the background if you like, just let us know in te comments section and we will do our best to make your check the best.

How to choose your Big Check Background

    The first question you need to ask is: what situation is this being used for? If you are donating towards a Breast Cancer Awareness foundation, then our Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Ribbon background would be the correct choice. If somebody won a dream vacation to the Bahama's, then the beach background would be good for that situation.

    The most common big check background is the Steel Blue Fade. It's very simple and doesn't take away from the important part (who is receiving, who is giving, and how much). Our least common big check is one that we used to offer: an Anniversary check, but in 2 years of offering it, nobody chose it. Granted, the Anniversary check wouldn't be a good gift to give your significant other, but we were thinking a third party (such as a relative or friend) could use the big check as a way to present money to the couple.

    If you want to design your own big check background, then you can do that. You can save yourself the cost of filling in the check if you have a check that is all designed and ready to go.
